  • Cooker fabricated from SS 304.
  • 3 mm thickness plate with dish bottom and fitted with 01 no. of Agitator.
  • Agitator made from SS vanes and EN-8 Shaft of Ø 60 mm.
  • 01 no. of Bearing Housing Set.
  • Bearing Housing Set includes : 2 nos. of bearing, V- Belt two groove.
  • Pulley, 5 HP X 960 RPM Electric Motor (Electric motor is not in scope of supply).
  • Electric Motor is required to drive the Agitator.
  • Cooker capacity will be of 1500 Liter.

  • STORAGE TANK

  • 3.0 m3 - without motor.
  • Storage tank fabricated from SS 304.
  • 3 mm thickness plate with 5 mm thick dish bottom.
  • Storage tank shall be fitted with 01 no of Agitator.
  • Agitator made from SS vanes and EN-8 Shaft of Ø 60 mm.
  • 01 no. of Bearing Housing Set.
  • Bearing Housing Set includes : 2 nos. of bearing, V- Belt two groove.
  • Pulley, 5 HP X 960 RPM Electric Motor (Electric motor is not in scope of supply).
  • Electric Motor is required to drive the Agitator.

  • Agitator made from SS vanes and EN-8 Shaft of Ø 75 mm.
  • 01 no. of Bearing Housing Set.
  • Bearing Housing Set includes : 2 nos. of bearing, V- Belt two groove.
  • Pulley, 5 HP X 960 RPM Electric Motor (Electric motor is not in scope of supply).
  • Electric Motor is required to drive the Agitator.
  • Service Tank capacity will be of 3000 Liter.

  • OVER FLOW TANK :

  • 1.0 m3.
  • SS fabricated tank with 3 mm thick plate’s shell and 5 mm thick dish bottom.

  • VIBRO SCREEN

  • Ø 1200 with 40 mesh fabric.
  • 1.5 HP Heavy Duty Electric Motor with Eccentric Vibration Arrangement.

  • HEAVY DUTY PUMP (4 Nos.) :

  • Capacity 10 m3/Hr @ 15 mtrs head.
  • Pumps will be made from SS 304 material
